To eliminate emissions and create energy transition strategies, companies need good information about their own GHG emissions and those within their supply chain. The CDP questionnaires, data and software are used by the vast majority of companies disclosing climate information and all major climate standards. CDP, recognized as the primary global mechanism for environmental disclosure, receives $9.9 million to update its disclosure framework and technical systems. This grant supports the update of CDP’s processes and systems to improve performance and usability, and efforts to ensure that crucial climate data is publicly available.
