Gloria E. Jované
Gloria Jované is a grants manager for the Bezos Earth Fund. Previously, she led the Wildlife Conservation Society international travel program for Trustees, major donors, and key partners for almost a decade. Prior to joining WCS, Gloria worked at the Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute, headquartered in Panama, for 22 years. Before to starting her career at STRI, she worked at the US Agency for International Development and Bank of America. For most of her career, Gloria has been involved in science administration and project management.
She holds an MBA in Leadership and Management Development from the Universidad Latinoamericana de Comercio Exterior (2005), a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration from the Latin America Science & Technology University (2001), and she is licensed as an Authorized Public Translator (Spanish-English and vice-versa)from the Ministry of Education, Panama (2010).
