Jacquelyn Lewis is the Program Associate for the Environmental and Climate Justice Program. She supports implementing activities, research, and collaborations with internal and external partners to advance the program's initiatives and priorities. Jacquelyn earlier was an executive assistant for multiple directors within the organization.
While completing her undergraduate degree, Jacquelyn researched indoor microbial pollutants and related respiratory disease symptoms within rural Georgia communities for the College of Public Health at Georgia Southern University. Earlier, she was a certified nursing assistant in underserved urban communities in rural Georgia.
Jacquelyn has a B.S. in Biology and a minor in Chemistry from Georgia Southern University. She also holds a dual master's in Business Administration and Healthcare Administration with high honors from South University.
